It's a sackboy with dots around his arms. There are some options on the right that say "arms", "legs", "head", etc. A timeline and play/pause buttons below. The file's name is Caramel Dansen. After doing a short search (less than 10 seconds, not enough to get your brain damaged), I finally managed to discover what he's up to.
I wouldn't recommend watching the result if your IQ is less than 3 digits long, or you may suffer permanent damages... :boo:
