I think it's really cute, and I like the perspective you used. The character looks really charming (probably because of the moustache) and the hat is ace. Only thing I'd say is that the neck is too long, and the arms/legs should be a bit fatter.

Sackboy's head should be much bigger, and the wings are bent in a strange way. I suggest drawing the Sackboy in his entirety first, then putting the duck costume around him - Look at the picture and think about his pose if he wasn't wearing the costume. His body would be far too big and stretched out.
The duck's head is formed perfectly, though, overall I really like it.
