edit: Quick google search and I saw that he was on deviant art. But you already know that because you were there.
Anyways he has his OS marked down on there as PS3, which makes me wonder, did he have linux installed to his PS3. It would definitely be a reason he hasn't been online.
Other info.
Checking through old messaged i remembered:
-He is part of a skating group called Panda-Aid, apparently he likes the skating trick "Primo" hus the name "Primo_Panda"
-I believe his name s Noah, but not 100% sure.
Any info on how to contact this guy would be really helpful, and perhaps may be rewarded if i can think of a suitable reward.
