Im here to talk about lbp girlfriends, idk why but alot of my friends are spending all there time with their "girlfriends" that they met in LBP. IDK if this post will get me in trouble or not, if so pls tell me immediately! I hav actually been searching for a LBP girl because my friends buggin me. So far unsucessfull. Personal status

Ok let me tell you this. If you get a LBP gf, the 'girl' always takes it the wrong way. She says she 'loves' you and literally spends any of your free time with her. Usually if that LBP 'relationship' ends, you will be in a lot of silly and immature arguements.
I would not get a LBP gf as it shows how sad and how much of a nerd you are if you get a LBP one. I've seen levels where the sack people are LBP kissing. Now that is sad.
Ignore your friends and play LBP without the hassle of a LBP gf. Why not, get a real gf? That's the right thing instead of a virtual one.
Getting a LBP one sounds childish, nooby and immature unless your 11 or below but really if your like 14 or 15 like me I say get a real one and while your friends are hanging with their fake gf's you can just say, "No thanks dudes I've got myself a real one"

It would be fun playing the game with your girlfriend if she happened to already be your girlfriend. However, I'm not sure if having a girlfriend solely from lbp would work out. It's more along the lines of simply having a friend who happens to be a girl, and the two are role playing to pretend to be in a relationship. Well...at least it isn't like in Japan where they marry anime characters. In your case there is technically a girl behind the character she is controling, but you never get to see her so I don't see the point.
My advice is to stick to the "just friends" category no matter the gender.

Back on the girlfriend part, I met my girlfriend at lbp, though we only met there. We began using headset, and found out we were more or less at the same age, so we asked for our messenger idea's, and then we got bf/gf over messenger. I believe a relationship over LBP works, if you find someone nice (and when you also secure the information that says he or she actually is who he or she claims to be you have found a decent girlfriend. Though in my mind you should advance your thoughts to making one in real life, eventually meet your gf/bf in real life. Just sitting behind the screen does never get you anywhere.

LBP (and Internet girlfriends/boyfriends in general) are fine but it's not the same, is it? I agree with Leather-Monkey, you can't hold them or feel them (watch it!) and you can't actually physically talk and be with them.
I would go out with a sackgirl... Cute, athletic, fun, silent, creative, big smile, not got a massive wardrobe yet a big choice of clothes...

We were both really good friends at school when we were 6/7, I would say we were bf and gf but it doesn't count at the age does it?
