Tip: the quality of that background is really really bad, it's like paint-saved .jpg! You should use .png, the quality is waaaay better!
Lol, I did use .png, and on my screen it looks amazing, so I don't know whats going on :P

Because it a specifically LBP2 based forum, focusing on LBP2, no other LBP info to be confused with LBP2, gives fast updates on everything LBP2, like betas, juicy info, tips, and dlc.
It may just be your graphics card. On my netbook it gets a little fuzzy as well.

Hehe, not yours, the person who was having issues with the background concerning it's quality. I concur that is a great quality, when it has capable hardware to display it.
I figured it out. It's because my $20 domain won't let me use FTP -_-

Ahh... That would be the mistake right there. :( They won't let you edit many things, sadly. There may be ways around it though, did you check on their forum?
