Can someone with advanced Image Editing skills please help me out.
I have a GIF that I need to be compressed into a 19KB file. Can anyone help me out?

why not? It's the only way I can think of.You could do something with the colours,maybe remove the glasses and/or hat, or making the text smaller, but the one way that I KNOW you can reduce the file size is by taking out frames and playing it at a slightly higher frame rate.Quote:

Why not? When I open it up, there seems to be two sets of 15 identical frames each with a 3ms duration. Why not just use a single frame, and make it last for 45ms?Quote:
