Lbpc 3D desktop collab!

Okay guys, i thought i would share my idea with you all, there is this program called Bumbtop, which is a 3D desktop that you can customize to your liking, this is a video showing you what i'm talking about.

The video is crap because my fraps was fritzen

So basically, you can customize it so that each wall has a different image.
My idea is, take a Screenshot from Lbp of the ground in create mode, turn it into a desktop sized picture, then fill it with cutouts of everyone's sackpeople.

Making a panoramic view type effect.
I really want to do this, because it would be wicked.

If you are interested in contributing to this, we need a few things.

• A front wall picture of Lbp ground. (Done)
• A back wall ground picture. (Done)
• A floor picture of the ground. (Done)
• And the left and right walls. Which have to be smaller than the front, back, and floor desktops to avoid shrinkage (Done)
• YOUR SACKPEOPLE TO CUT OUT.

Now, if you wanna put your sackperson in after i get the floor desktop images, you have to tell me where you would like to be in it. You may have your sackperson doing ANYTHING you wish. Including items is cool too as long as it doesn't take up to much room. Make sure that you take a decent quality picture of your sackperson/item, with the most solid background you can, so that i can cut it out.

When it gets down to it, i will have to reserve spots.
Anyone who help will receive a grand 500 Xp for their work.

hmmm, I don't really understand what you are asking for for the background pieces, I think I get the jist of it, anyways, I will prepare a picture, and see if I can get what you are looking for, well, my guess at what you're looking for.

What type of pictures do you need? Photoshops? Ingame photos? Other?

That is a brilliant idea, I can't help either because I'm pretty busy atm. But I hope this turns out as awesome as it sounds.

Can I just suggest though, wait until LBP2 releases to take any pictures. It's really not long yet and the end result will mean better quality pictures. :)

Yeah, it sounds pretty sweet, but I'd definitely wait 'till LBP2 for the better quality.

Also, I take it this isn't compatible for macs... Well okay, I'm actually pretty certain it wouldn't be. I'd be willing to help, but could someone video the results? :3

I mean... take a screenshot of the Lbp create mode default floor.
Then you can use it as a desktop, that i plan to fill with LBPC people's sackpeople.

Like this? I know a glitch in betaz. And I don't know how to take a photo with this glitch and without that percentage.

I mean... like take a screenshot of the floor from the front, but make sure you can see the background too, like perfectly horizontal, i'm not exactly sure how to describe it.

Darkpheonix, the quality is good, but you should it it like murcuy's second one, i can Photoshop it to make it as long as i need to.

I thought that texture is more important than bg because bg is a simple colour and it's easy to extend if needed.

Oh and Murcuy, i need a better quality pic of your sackboy with a solid colored background, i tried cutting the pic you gave me out, it turned out... so so wrong
