I cannot seem to skip all tutorials, even though I pressed the button, any reason why?

You actually did, but the checkboxes don't change. All the prizes in the tutorial are now available in your popit. Also, you need to go to all the tutorials to earn the Teacher's Pet pin (or whatever its called.)

If you go into any of the unchecked tutorials you'll find that the prize bubbles are now large generic score bubbles.
