Wait...I'm confused...Is he saying that you can download the boss battle for 20 bucks if you don't have the retail game, or if you DO have the retail game you have to pay 20 dollars to play the end?
A game like that would simply not be bought. And according to the quote he does just mean if you don't own the game, you can download the final boss without the rest of the game for a fee. But seriously, who would want to?
