Menu screen

how do i add a menu screen to the beginning of my level?
i'm not very good with cameras atm, my knowledge would be considered, well.. basic.

i want to add a Play button How to Play
then different modes like(if you took a look at the level) disable/enable jumps, disable/enable speed boosts.

There's a tutorial in this forum in the tutorial section and somebody made a level that explains it; http://lbp.me/v/wz361e Try them and see if you can figure it out.
