Enchiladas! they are tortillas filled with meat or chicken and dressed with a special sauce, cheese, cream and sometimes lettuce.
If you did not know, in México we do not buy tortillas at the market, we buy them in a small store, and they are not in a box and are not crunchy, they are wrapped in paper and are really soft.
And finally, declared the world´s most beautiful flag! (Really!) The México flag!
