I don't know, please elaborate :p

It's just another one of those "OMG end of teh wurrld!1!11!!" kinda things.

Once the whole 2012 thing finally settled down, this came up.

Well considering I've only just heard of this date now, nothing of importance...except for that big date of yours... :) By the way, the whole 2012 thing hasn't necessarily been debunked yet, I don't know what you're talking about, but don't worry I'm still not a believer in these end of the world scenario things... it's only that 2012 has reasonable evidence supporting that it COULD happen, I mean heck, the Mayans predicted it. :)

Makes me glad I'm not religious and a sane human being.

Other than the entire calender is built upon the fact that we have 10 dexterous extrusions it can't have any sort of meaning in the lifetime of a planet.
