Jak and Daxter. I really enjoyed Ratchet and Clank and Sly, but none of them came close to as brilliant as the Jaks did in my eye

None of those guys. From what I've seen of them (in videos, as well as in owning R&C1 and Playstation Move Heroes), they're all unlikable arrogant sods who come off as really unpleasant. And the villain cast don't make up for that either.
If we did extend it to PS1, I'd have to go with Spyro 100% (even though I prefer Crash as a franchise, obviously), and for other PS2 characters...erm, well, I'd go with the Fur Fighters if it weren't ported from a DC game first. :/
hmm kinda hard I like all 3 of them first game i got with my ps2 was crash bandicoot wrath of cortex but I'll pick jak and daxter it was cool when I first got it when it first came out and. sly cooper 2nd one I pick it was an awsome game...ratchet and clank I like them I only played there 1st game but didnt get to play the rest untill I got back to it on ps3 and I pick spyro the dragon and crash bandicoot still .
Max Payne...oh wait. um, of those listed, R & C for sure. I have them all, except the ones on PS3, and love the whole franchise. I still play them, they're a lot of fun.
