Favorite Nostalgic Games

We all have our favorite games. Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, Super Smash Bros., Call of Duty... everyones is different. But where our hearts truly reside are in the games we played when we were younger, before we were gifted with LittleBigPlanet.

So tell us, forum! What is your favorite nostalgic videogame?

Paperboy is the first game I remember owning (In technicalities, the first good game, anyone heard of Jelly Boy? And more importantly, has anyone ever got past the first level?!). The others, I just really really liked. Oh and Pokemon Red/Blue, I have crazy memories of my cousins hacking the cartridges to get level 140-150 Pokemon and they all looked kinda like trees. :p

Elite
The only game you'll ever need.

The first game I ever played on our first home computer - and it's still one of the best games I've ever played. I've been waiting my entire life for a better game to come out - only to be dissapointed.

Apparently Elite 4 was supposed to be coming out for this generation of consoles - but they've said that for every previous generation of consoles aswell :rolleyes:

I'm pretty certain that those aren't old enough to be concidered nostalgic. Then again, you might have a different opinion of nostalgic (or just read the thread title as "Favorite Games")...

So far there is only one series that brings back fond memories and rage. The Jak and Daxter series for PS2. Loved those games (three of them).

Crash and Spyro were my buddies! Now look at them now... :(

Those childhood friends that always had your back, always wanted to hang out with you, but when you started getting older they got into drugs... Well they do look high now.
