You can make a sackbot immune to fire, plasma, and electricity by using the danger tweaker to make the sackbot immune to that type of danger (e.g. fire sackbot is immune to fire). This method doesn't work for gas. The problem is, that they will kill any sackbots they come into contact with that don't have the same type of immunity.
You could make a sackbot immune to spikes by emiting an invisible piece of dark matter/ rubber when it is just about to come into contact with them, but that would mean that any other sackbots that you don't want to have immunity would also be immune when they are with an immune sackbot.
I don't know of any ways to make sackbots immune to water.
