INTRO:
Ok, so after purchasing some of the KZ content off the LBP Store I was pumped to play some nice Killzone-themed levels! !! :kz:
but there was a problem... after a very thorough sifting of the levels available, I was underwhelmed by the selection of Killzone-inspired levels... It fact, it was really hard to find anything worthwhile.
The few DECENT ones I played still lacked the aesthetic flavor I was looking for... and on top of that none seemed to take advantage of the advanced Gameplay features offered in LBP2 (such as sackbots, controllinators and such..)
Long story short - I realized that if I wanted things done right, I had to take matters into my own hands... and so that's what I did. :p
And this is the result of my efforts: A Killzone-themed project aiming at replicating the original feel of the games, with all the atmosphere and aesthetics you would expect from a true KZ title...

Think of it is a Killzone 'Level Pack', but FREE... ;)
The story is primarily focused around the locations and events found in Killzone 2, with some LBP-style satire and humor mixed in :) I won't spoil all the details, but one of the things you can expect is a revamped opening Speech featuring "Sacklar Visari"...

GAMEPLAY:
The Level at present features the Player taking control of a "Main-character" Sackbot throughout the course of the level. The reason I did this is because it allows me to use logic otherwise impossible with ordinary sackfolk; and allows me to tweak the finer details in order to offer an improved overall "feel".

Features of the current Sackbot include:
-Health Bar
-Modified 'Paintinator' made to fire unique bullet objects rather than paint
-Muzzle flash (which while firing produces dynamic lighting)
-Support for Player Checkpoints
-The ability to throw Grenades (Only somewhat functional at present)

I'll soon add more features to the list as they make their way towards completion.
The level features other cool stuff too, such as:
-Environmental objects (such as Garbage bags, Pallets, and even lights) are destructible
-'KILLZONE' themed Props and stickers (from both the KZ2 and KZ3 Minipacks, as well as some custom ones)
-Careful use of lights and shadows to generate a unique Atmospheric setting
-Dynamic Enemy AI, with functioning health bars and the ability to use cover and fire at you with specially-tailored bullet objects

EXTRA INFO:
I'm currently thinking of expanding on my initial Single-Player idea by instead featuring 2 or 4-player Co-op action. This is still in the conceptual stage so I'm not quite sure if I'll end up making it co-op or not. On the one hand, it'd be a blast to play through with a few buddies; but on the other hand, I don't want to ruin the immersive aspect of the overall project... So suggestions are welcome as to the direction of this project. :)
So... what do you think?

EDIT: As I mention below, the current title (LittleBigKillzone) is a WIP and as such is subject to change. What I need are original/clever ideas for titles that would fit in with a Killzone themed level... or at the very least an LBP-related subtitle to go after the initial "KILLZONE" Logo...
Who knows, your suggestion might just make the cut! :)
