My new level should most likely be done this coming week. So I was wondering what the best time to publish it would be?
And I know to get more plays you have to advertise it, custom badge, has to look good and what not.

there isn't really a best time of day/week, having more people online just means there are more levels being published to compete for attention.
However it would be a good idea to publish when you have plenty of friends online, so u can ask them to play it straight away.
I see you read my post in the other thread. Yeah, the time you publish is actually pretty important. Fridays seem to be the best, followed closely by Saturday and Sunday. Don't publish during the week if you want plays.
If you're really struggling I'd try to publish at about 4pm GMT, school kids are just getting home and once that surge of players dies down, the American kids get home and the process repeats.
It also helps if some DLC has been released that week as less active players may come online to check it out. It helps even more if it is timed, free DLC as anyone can check it out but they must be online whilst your level is still active on the cool pages.
Tho I hope it will get plays for the look of it, the level is small in a way.

Think of times YOU would be freely able to invest some time into LBP and publish it then. the level looks amazing, cant wait!
ehh I deleted the level >_< i kept getting the faild to load bug. but I found a old level that I made when lbp2 first came out so I will publish that level when I get back on lbp2. Its a 8 bit art type level were you use sixaxis to move level.
