I found Marino's system very flawed so I reverted it back to the way we did it the first time. All you have to do is send in your votes, the deadline is January 10th.

Well, for some of us (like myself) I have no idea how you did it the first time. Some rules might help. :P

So, just to repeat the points, it sounds like you leave categories out, and you can put the same name into multiple categories. You could even vote for yourself I guess, but that would be kind of pointless... just avoid people that are relatively inactive or banned.

This sounds like a much simpler contest. I'll have to think about some people I can nominate. :)

The old system of filing all 20 spots with 20 different names... man, that was just daunting. :blush:
