WEIRDEST THING EVER! (I need a lot of help to solve this mystery, so get in here!)

Gentlemen (and ladies), I was browsing through LBPCentral at around 9:33 PM Central Time, when I received a notification. Curious, I clicked on it and it informed me that I had received an Award. Now usually I just ignore these meaningless alerts, but I decided that it would be best to just get it over with to continue my forum viewing. That is when I discovered this schoking secret:

I have wasted countless minutes in MS Paint trying to decipher this mysterious "?" code, but to no avail. That is why I summon my fellow Gadders in LBPCentral to help me identify and resolve this problem. I have narrowed down some possible leads:

• Question Mark, as it is known in the common language, is a myth developed by people to end their sentences with (I know it's stupid, but it's a humorous idea).
• This symbol has been modified to take different colors. i.e.: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Question_mark

Any thoughts, theories, or sightings of this "?". I'm very interested as to why it has chosen me to be its keeper. Maybe it's a sign.

OK, after 3 seconds of looking in the source, that links to nothing.png, which means you have no awards.

But what I don't understand is this: why would the system notify me of nothing when nothing could have been perfectly fine on its own? I had nothing, and when the system said I received something, I received nothing.

Did I just steal someone else's nothing?

what's perplexing to me is how is my activity 100% yet all I ever get is the "Bronze activity award"
