i is equal to the square root of -1... soi times i equals -1, which, times -1, equals 1, so it's 1 out of 1... aka a ten.

I understand what i is, but I think you did it a little wrong. You wrote:
(i*-1)^2
Seeing as -i is just the negative root, which in normal, real numbers has the same square as the positive root, it should work I guess, but i is (Teacher: Nono, Jonny, it's always I am) complicated like that.
