HELP! Lbp2 Data is all Gone!
Ok, so this morning I loaded my Lbp2 and it loaded as it normally would, however, after it finished loading, it said; "Welcome back! I knew I recognized you! Would you like to import your Littlebigplanet data?" Or something along those lines as if I was playing for the first time. I decided to reset my Ps3, but no luck, the game still couldnt remember who I was. :( I figured maybe if I waited a bit the problem would go away, but it didn't... This afternoon, I loaded Lbp2 again and it didn't work, so at the screen where it asked me if I wanted to import my save data from Lbp1 I pressed no and continued. Then another odd thing happened to me, I received a message saying that it failed to save my game due to an unknown error. So I figured that I could just wait until it allowed me to go back to my pod so that I could use my backed up profile and solve my problem. But it didn't let me do that either, instead, it told me that it was unable to import. I then realized that my old moon and earth still existed, and that my old profile picture was still there... Only one problem, I couldn't access my pod controller. Then I checked for my old costumes, but they weren't there, and all of the skins, costume sets and costume pieces i collected had an exclamation mark next to them, meaning that they had been corrupted aswell. :( I then decided to load my lbp1, but it gave me an error message saying that my save data had been corrupted. So I tried loading Lbp2 using a different user, and the same thing happened again. I'm sorry this post was so long but I'm running out of ideas, and I don't know what to do. :( Is there a way to possibly fix this error? Could there be something wrong with the disk or my Ps3? Please help me, I don't want to lose everything and have to restart from scratch, everything was fine yesterday, and now it seems like my whole profile's gone. :(
