Could i have the IP address?
I got minecraft at the beggining of May and have had lots of fun on it, so far my greatest construct was a big floating fortress. Is there some sort of server I could play on, because I've only played online once and it was massively buggy.
You could try my server at Craftworld.minecraft.cm (not .com)
However, you need permission to build. Most of the people that are on regularly should be able to /promote you to do that.
Gonna pull the server down for a bit to change some things up. I'm removing teh shop plugin i had and adding a different one that is more....simple, I'm adding what should be a less irritating to deal with land management system, and.....I think i might have the multiworld inventory thing sorted out.
Expect the server to be down for 15 minutes from now and flaky for an hour as i fiddle with all the shiny buttons and knobs these additions will provide.:devious:
Never mind I found a server.
MMkay, tweaking should --SHOULD-- be done. But somehow i doubt it.
the Creative world has a wall near the spawn point that you can get almost all the raw mats from. I'll expand it later, but I'm too lazy to do so now.
Current set up:
No whitelist but you must be given build rights.
Multiple worlds - 1 survival, named 'world'- 1 creative named 'creative' with a portal to/from each. Inventories are per world, and mobs are turned off in Creative
- Survival has mobs, creepers do not harm blocks, but do harm you.
- Do-it-yourself land permissions with Residence
- Iconomy Chest Shop
- Flamboyant Flock - technicolor sheep, cause they are awesome
- Jobs - Make money by Mining, Farming, Hunting, Lumberjacking, Digging
- can have up to 2 jobs at a time
- MCmmo - skills and useful powers that develop as you use them:
- Instantly break stone/wood in short bursts
- do more damage for a limited time with weapons/hands
- occasionally plant while harvesting if you have seeds
- use seeds on cobblestone to make mossy cobble (low chance to succeed)
- occasionally get double the amount from breaking blocks (stone/ores/dirt)
- occasionally find glowstone dust when breaking sand/dirt blocks
- WorldGuard - yay!
- LWC for that extra chest/door/dispenser protection (waiting for hatches)
- Big Brother - Its always watching you.
- Probably forgot a thing or 10 but thats all the big ones.
This better be happening to PS3 too...

Honestly I don't have much hope for the Minecraft with Kinect. It doesn't seem to fit in correctly for me.
if it does come to the ps3 as well -and i'm sure it will if it works on the 360, sony won't let that potential cash cow (or creeper) by- I hope to the gods it has Move support. I can only imagine someone coming into the living room when i'm playing, swinging wildly at the television:
"..............."
"what are you doing?!"
"I FOUND DIAMONDS!!!!"
*walks in me lieing on the floor*
"what are you doing?"
"setting my spawn point"
To make a long story short: A zombie killed me on the server, I respawned in the void and got disconnected and now I can't connect again and I'm losing all my stuff including my diamond pickaxe. ;____;
.....I'll see what i can do to fix that.
You SHOULD be able to log in now, but i can't say for certain if it's completely fixed. the server ran into a ton of hiccups (it was snowing the entire time i was on it while working on it.) and there is no telling whats going on with it, really. Seems like bigbrother is causing a lot of the issues. it didn't throw lag errors like it is now before it was there to log everything.
They said "Exclusively for Xbox Kinect" HAHAHAHAHA Im never playing Minecraft ever again!!! EEVVAA!!!
What?! only on X-Box? Lame. X-Box's online is not free like PSN.
won't be buying that game then~ *mew
But he also said that it won't be exactly like the Minecraft PC Version. Probably will just be creative. If it's survival, well then, crud. And besides, he said that there won't be modding support and texture packs.
SooOoo... It's not even as good as the PC version then?
somehow i get the feeling this version of the game is not gonna do well....
one of the reasons this game does so well is because it's PC game.
meaning most people are able to play it, unlike the X-Box. *mew
I wouldn't say "not even" as good, but "not as" good". I just like the modding community Minecraft has.Quote:
