Minecraft

so, uh. i don't know what happened, but the server is not happy. i'm working to fix the thing now.

edit: If what i think happened happened, we may well end up losing a days worth of work on it.

As of now, it seems the world IS corrupted, but i have a backup from some time yesterday afternoon, before i added Falsebook and tweaked a few things

I was right. the world got corrupted then the server nixed itself.

restored the world, however(!) a lot of stuff that was done recently is now missing, and i think i had to kill the residences, i'll restore them to the old ones from that same backup.

I have no clue what made me make this thing, but here it is anyways.

I saw the mod along time ago, and I've been waiting for it to be fully implemented into the game so I can use it in my adventure map, but I bet I'll finish it long before the pistons are released. :c

Also the cobblestone and brick textures have been changed. I personally like the older version better, for cobble that is.

The new cobble has less contrast, and i personally think it looks smoother.

So i've just bought minecraft the other day and it's pretty epic lol. Didn't realise how cool it is. I've built myself an awesome house with the most unorganised and confusing mine known to man haha. Got lots of stuff now though which is cool :) Could i possibly join the server just to look at what's going on? Not been online and I'd love to see what others are up to.

I won't be griefing, really not my thing.

Doesn't that count as pirating the game...?

IMO, you either buy the game or you don't play the game. There's no trying it out on someone else account or on a cracked version.

I'm hoping one of those bug fixes is the clay bug fix. It's keeping me away from single player.

Hey all! Recently caught the Minecraft bug thanks to a friend, so I guess I can post here now. :p

I'm currently working on a set of floating islands connected together by Chrono Trigger-style skyways like on the Zeal Kingdom (using waterfalls). Getting grass to grow up there is taking forever though. :p

This game is surprisingly fun... at least until you get surrounded by a family of creepers and they blow your pyramid into ruins. -_-
