And why not make someone's christmas by leaving them a little gift under the tree? :3 Simply place a chest (locked only to you, mind!) ,and a sign in front of it addressing it to the recipient! Adding your name on it is optional, though the /cinfo command will still reveal who has protected it.
If you wish to remain anonymous to the recipient (think: secret santa!), contact me so I can lock it under my name! Presents will be unlocked on Christmas Eve by myself and or another member of staff, and you may open yours whenever you like after then.

How about making a warp point in each town? It'd be like a fast travel system, we could visit each other more easily.
Also, when will we be able to use item frames? I can't hang my maps on the wall :(
Warps for towns; would rather not. /tpa already makes it pretty easy, and I'd rather like the hours of effort gone into making the railway system actually be put to use. Not only that, but the more work one has to do for something, the more they appreciate it in the end. Basically walk or you'll get fat ;)Quote:

Item frames are cool and all, but they're not very practical to hang maps on a wall.

It's useful that these maps snap to a grid so that we can easily make these, but the frame doesn't cover the whole block, and the map doesn't cover the whole frame... so the map fragments look very tiny. Mojang should make it so that adjacent frames should snap together if they contained maps.
Due to the "/Res TP"'s springing up i'm going to consider making a warp system using the Command Blocks and Tripwires, It'll probably end up with a centralised hub though and pseudoportals to and from it.Quote:
