The only reason I wanted mobs off in the first place was it got too hard to settle in, so I say mobs :) Maybe some days notice so that we can pick some nice spots to hunker down :D

Those blue boxes are Mob Spawners! If you surround each side in torches, it spawns the mob drop but not the actual mob!
If you meant the actual place it is, those are dungeons, it's where baby mobs come from >_>
Also where did you get that compass mod? That is schweeet :D
Please put the server up today I'm missing it, us Brits are like 8 hours different to you so when you put it up at 1pm GMT it isn't exactly convenient for us. Sorry if this is asking to much :/

You don't HAVE to find the cakes...

Also, watch your back when traveling outside the borders...
I used a creeper wand to spawn a butt load of them, so you might be attacked :)
Cake hint 1: You will find the entrace to the UNDERGROUND tunnel where the water flow starts!
TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS the cake may not be a lie, but the signs could be...
