Hey, can anyone help me figure out how to take screenshots of Minecraft? I'm halfway done with a project of mine, so I want to know how to take a screenshot of it when it's done. I, sadly, don't have the beta, so I'm playing classic. Halp? :(

Are you on Mac or PC?

On PC there's the Print Scrn SysRq button which will take a picture of the whole screen, and from there you can crop out the image, or, with the right button combo's (Alt or Shift), you can take pictures of only the window and stuff.
Tap that button only once and you can paste it into a program like MS Paint.

On Mac, just search with the Mac search function "How to take screen picture" or something like that and it will lead to you something called the snippet tool...or something like that. That will take pictures for you.

Anyways, did a quick Google about it, there doesn't seem to be any way to do it, didn't dive to deep though so maybe there's still a way.

Wait so if you purchase the game under your account, can it be played anywhere with that account?

Yes. SP worlds and SMP worlds are saved on your computer, but skins and accounts can be used on any computer :)

Well really what Im getting at is can I play the game on someone elses account without having to buy it?

Yes. When you buy the game your technically buying an "account" and you can log into that account anywhere, and play it anywhere. Just need to buy it once.

This game is so cheap and so great, why don't you put more effort into finding 20$ instead of finding someone that will let you use their account therefore basically cheating to buy the game?

In a nutshell: List with 1000 accounts and passwords leaked, use above site to check if you're on that list. If you want to go really safe you might want to change your password even if you aren't on that list.

What kind of stupid comment is that? Why would I pay $20 for a game I might be able to get for free without looking first? And put effort into finding $20, what do mean by that? Im not going to go out in the street and put effort into finding $20, Im either going to earn it or get it from a place where I know it already is. Its first grade common sense, why pay for something you might not have to pay for?
