Well i know oct and I are going to live in Rapture. And if Im not mistaken, I believe he had desires to build a floating island town as well. You know what would be cool, we could find a spot way put in the ocean, put Rapture there, then build the island 200 blocks above that, and have a really long ladder connecting them.
