Now it's treasure-hunting, platform-jumping, puzzle-solving, trap-dodging, maze-navigating, code-deciphering, book-burning, die-100-metres-underground-because-you-forgot-to-bring-food fun!

Misa's. Adds a fair bit of realism without sacrificing Minecraft's style.
I was just responsible for the teleport, you can do whatever you want in it. (except nuking it and stuff like that :p )
Just found a HUGE cave system under shroomisle.:D
aren't misunderstandings fun?
I thought of an interesting variation of the "bookshelves containing actual books" idea.
What if we could use written books in the crafting grid to make the bookshelves, so when we placed down the block and right-clicked on it, we could consult any of the written books contained in that shelf? To retrieve the books, just destroy the block. Then we could have actual libraries and no one would steal the books from the shelves unless they destroyed them.
Although in the libraries where there's bookshelves everywhere, one would have to put up signs to label which bookshelf has written stuff in it. Or not. People could write down a secret message in a book, make a bookshelf out of it, put it in a wall surrounded by a ton of regular bookcases and give the location of the secret bookshelf to whoever they want to read the message.
He meant coding a new block anyway. But now I've re-read his idea, it might not be a bad idea to only let people READ the books, and not take them away. But perhaps that would be better as a bukkit plugin so that the owner of said shelf can access the books to sell them.
New border limit, eh? I would play but I can only utilize a certain amount of RAM or my computer derps. Hopefully I'll fix it soon so you can all enjoy many new feuds to come between Kern and I. ;)
hold on, i'll try posting that correctly this time....
give me a minute.
Spoiler - Latest server news
actually i've got more than a stack of diamonds from digging through the mine. at higher levels the mining skill seems to drop them with disturbing non-rarity. yet another reason i'm considering putting heroes off the server for something else.
its just....well....i will really miss jump and super-jump.....
and no, that's not what the news was. the news was [Mod] DayneOram turning to [S. Mod] DayneOram (but now his tag says something incomprehensible after the Mod part.) now he can also fix server-side issues. so stuff may actually get done once and a while.
Dude. No. All about these ones.
If you're a fan of A Song of Ice and Fire, this huge project to recreate Westeros might interest you:

More videos of them building the main locations of the series:
-Castle Black
-The Eyrie
-Sunspear's Water Gardens (For those who only watch the TV series, Sunspear is the capital of Dorne)
-Casterly Rock
-Pyke
-Dragonstone
Looks amazing! Check out their Livemap, They even shaped it exactly like Westeros.
Apparently they're now making Lannisport, the Twins and minor towns in the Riverlands.
So..It appears I can't use /home anymore.
I was going to mention that... Simple commands like /seen and /home are blocked. :/
I'm wondering if it's to do with the hundred odd [SEVERE] errors that come up whenever bPermissions tries to start. It did it while Memo was online, and he did something to make it go away.. then it did it again after he left and I don't even know where to BEGIN to fix that :I
EDIT: With a little deduction from Tan, we managed to fix it up :D
Jeb's apparently implementing a currency and barter system so tht the players can trade with the Testificates!
