As of late, the Minecraft Forums have been filled with people making "simple" Texture Packs. It's becoming annoying.
Dayne, could you please unnuke mining a little? Some ores are 70% less that their original value. They are worth so much originally (diamond, gold) because they are so much rarer than iron and such. When diamond is only worth 220 now, you can easily get more exp mining 11 stone. Just seems a bit off to me.

Is there a mod that makes enemies swarm you at night. Ideally there would be more creepers and they'd blow up if they couldn't get closer to you after x seconds. I'd like to set up a kind of siege game where you build and repair your castle during the day and try to survive through the night.
I like the fact that the XBLA version made this game more popular, but the people thinking that the 360 edition even holds a candle to the PC version seriously annoy me. Someone just told me that the possibility to use mods and HD texture packs is stupid, and that the PC version is inferior because it doesn't have Kinect support.
For the sake of my mental health, I should stay away from Youtube comments.
eh....look for....what was it. Blood Moon? I think thats it. there are a couple similar to what you are looking for. Blood moon make swarms spawn faster and hit harder if a red moon rises at night, and gives you a configurable chance to see it happen. I can't think of any off the top of my head.Quote:

New/Improved Features:
•Trading with villagers has been updated •Villagers can now trade 2 items with you (e.g. 1 emerald 10 gravel -> 10 flint)
•Enchantment system has been re-balanced (THANK THE GODS)
•A full enchantment table set with bookshelves doesn't go up to 50, but 30 (:D, No more hard work)
•At the bottom of the 3 enchantments it always shows you the highest number possible (Finally I dont spend an hour looking -.-)
•Using level 30 you have a lot more luck; almost all items get at least 2 enchantments (BALANCED ENCHANTMENTS TABLES! YAY!)
•Emerald Ore can be found underground again (only in Extreme Mountain Biomes still) (Crap. Extreme Hills are super rare, and there arent alot in our server)
•Added Tripwire Hooks (Who knows what Dayne could do with this D:)
•Added potions to the creative inventory; found under brewing
•Added Block of Emerald (Yay more decorations!)
•Added delete item, armor and crafting to survival inventory when in creative
•Pausing should work in single-player now
•Some minor terrain changes
•Added an "adventure" game mode (/gamemode 2) (Maybe a other server for this? This sounds cool.)
•- You cannot break or place any blocks
- You can interact with any blocks like doors and levers and you can buy things from villagers
•Added cobblestone and stonebrick monster eggs to the creative inventory (Awesome!)
Oh, and it appears you can trade emeralds with villagers, and sometimes they will trade you chain armor.
