Sooo anyone think we need to expand the city?
I was thinking of adding a tavern/pub, a well, a wishing fountain...maybe some easter eggs?
It's pretty nice right now but it doesn't have much to it really.
Also cog I can help you with planning the challenge thing if you want :p

But my internet is seriously acting up...
I think someone changed one of the waypoints in my sea base cause I can't teleport there anymore. Which is how I usually got to the city.
I will probably set one up outside my base like in the lake or something for easy access. Not actually sure what the city waypoint signature is though XD

Also finished up the tavern..kinda I need more glass and some signs but it's basically done about it. Nothing too incredibly amazing...
Anybody heard? I hear beds will make their way into Minecraft next week, don't know about MP, but in SP you can sleep through the night, and the last bed you slept in will act as your spawn point.
Don't know how reliable the source is.

Yeah I have been reading about the bed thing. Looks pretty good for SP, I hope the crafting thing isn't too easy.
It might be a problem in MP with the spawning and day/night changing. But ehh MP is loaded with screwed up stuff. I hope the nether gets added soon...really doubt it though. Oh well..
hm, two blocks? I think there should be a recipe for a little cushion chair thing, which would be mostly cosmetic but you can also sit on it, and just like a chest when you place two next to each other you get a bed :)

Very quiet recently. Well I thought with the upcoming update I will make a Let's Play series I don't know if anyone else here has made one but could you give me some guidance on what length my videos should be, what recording software to use, what compressor should I use basically everything...

Also I'm pretty sure you don't need to download the new launcher...it's only when the update comes that you need to I think...
For a texture pack I recommend Jolicraft and the Lucid Pack
I'm using a mixture of both but mainly the Jolicraft pack..I edited the lighting as well to make it a tad brighter on my computer it just seemed really dark.
EDIT: Apparently the update is coming tomorrow...hopefully it's good.

Update 1.3 is out. Biggest updates: New lightning and saving engine. Also beds :D
