They exist in The Ender, home to the Endermen and Enderdragons. It is assumed to be the sky dimension Notch added in 1.7.

EDIT:
The rare Endercookie is presumed to live there as well, although no one has seen him there.

Umm i don't know if the server is down or something but it tells me it has a good (4-5 bars) connection and there are players in the server too. But when i try to connect i get these messages:

No clue, but it happens to me too. Usually after it gives me the String length longer than maximum allowed error, it then tells me that there's a communication error with the server until I close and re-open Minecraft. If you keep trying, it should eventually let you in.

Not just me then? Kernelm was on fine earlier. I looked up the problem, and a couple of people said to try deleting our folders from the server, and giving us back our perms manually again in game.

And now the server has gone down, and NO-ONE can get on :(

I'm looking into it now. it seems a lot like the issues we were having immediately after the server was yanked from the datacenter a couple or three days ago.

Mkay. got a few things fixed.
- Residences now work(they won't work for big houses tho, as its still set to defaults. I need to fix that.)
- jails now work and mods can jail people
- mchat is working, and you can use colored chat now, i haven't added titles back yet
- job titles are now gone in order to make room for the titles when i get around to it.
- Big Brother is now replaced with logblock. Mods have access to /lb commands now. Don't kill the server please.
- mods now have kick and ban privs. but should use /jail as opposed to ban unless its a group decision.
- lumberjacking has been nerfed. Hard.
