IMO unless you really mind about 1-3 seconds that were not even sure exists(We didn't see a comparison yet)

I guess it’s possible that the access times for a big 32 gb memory card could be slightly longer than the smaller game cartridge...but I honesty doubt you'll notice a difference, especially since you won’t be doing side by side comparisions. I certainly wouldn't let this dissuade me from getting the digital version.
