Halloween Special

my first level on LBPV. i had the idea for this level last year on LBP2 when i made the music from halloween for a short movie. i never got round to it but here it is folks. i created two music tracks from the original film which are available as prizes. i tried to balance the difficulty but ill let you guys be the judge of that. hopefully ill get some decent plays for once. http://vita.lbp.me/v/95m1x

I'm gonna be out of the country for a couple of days, but i'm going to download the level so I can play it whilst I'm away. I'll let you know what I think once i'm back :)

I've played it now. It's a pretty fun, short level. I struggled a little with the touch controls of the sackbots on the stairs to the left though, if i pressed near them they jumped :S weird bug i guess.

Also, if they saw came down quite a few of the sack bots to the left jumped behind a wall and hid by it until the saw came back up. I'm guessing that's a bug too.

But yeah, Nice level. Neat idea, visually pleasing. I played it on a train that had no plug for some reason :s so to reserve battery i kept the sound off, so I can't comment on the music i'm afraid.

Looks like you definitely got a "decent number of plays" with this one. I'll queue it up and give some feedback.

yeah unfortunately those wierd bugs i can't fix. its only online for some reason. when i play the level on my moon everything is fine. like the light for the saw for example...its supposed to be red and only go green when it is ready. but when i played it the published version and not from my moon it was always green. i checked several times and everything is exactly the way it should be so i can't do anything there lol. the sackbots on the stairs and some of the others getting scared from the saw...that i cannot explain...they never used to be like that. they would still run into the saw. then for no reason as soon as the saw was down they would get scared somehow and just slowly move towards it. since the saw still does its purpose and protects you for a short time and you can still kill the sackbots i didn't bother racking my brain as to what went wrong (even though i never found anything wrong)

as for the plays..i got lucky lol. i just wanted to give the music away but in the process i thought why not just make it a little more fun rather than just make some halloween music gallery of some sort and give it away.

Really cute level (in a sinister way haha!) and I did like it. The music was spot-on, can't fault that and the tutorial was clear. However I had a problem that the sackbots only came from the bottom left, so I just held my finger in the same place and killed them as they came. This happened for a few minutes so I gave up. Not sure if this was meant to happen or not, but it's a shame because it looked like it could get really hectic and I'd be sad to miss that.

thank you. i'm aware that some people were/are having problems with the sackbots. i did update it and fixed the touch and sackbot issues and added a couple new things which i added to the level discription. other than that there seem to be some glitches that appear to be random and only happen online. because when i play the level from my moon everything works just fine.
