i just wanted to double check with the time our entries will need to be publish by , because i will need every hour i have free to make sure i get this right. So the deadline is April 4, 11:59 GMT . what i'm not sure is that pm ? i'm in EST, so that's about 4 hours ahead of me correct? So for me its Sunday 7:59 pm? i'm just double checking , i don't want a silly mistake here after all the work i have done.

Sorry...you are right. Please ignore the stuff I said, and please don't judge my friend because of what I said. It's her level, not mine, and she would never say anything like what I said. I hope I didn't hurt her chances of winning or anything...We both put a lot of love into our level, and we had a lot of fun making it too. We laughed many times every time something broke, and she always asked me to make something impossible....but we never gave up and I just felt proud of what we made. We already have crowns because of the lbp store glitch a few weeks ago, but I wanted my friend to have a "real" crown. The level is for her, not me so...please ignore the stupid things I said earlier.Quote:

That's good... I think having fun and beeing happy is the main reason, why these contests are...
I started building a level for this contest about a month ago but alas, I haven't been able/bothered to work on it much :p I didn't post anything here because I have a habit of saying I'm going to make a level or do something else LBP-related, and then I never finish it :cry:
I could possibly finish it before the deadline but it wouldn't be very good. But I do really like the time travel theme of this contest and I quite like the way I've (started to) implement it. So I think instead of rushing everything and trying to confine it all to a single level, I'll forget about the contest and see if I can work it into more of a series, I think I can get much closer to my original ideas that way anyway ;)

Lol, no! That's absolutely fine. We need the LBPC10 tag to help us find the levels on lbp.me but it really doesn't matter what kind of brackets you use as long as they don't prevent the level being picked up by lbp.me's somewhat quirky search engine. (Yours are fine btw) :)

Doc has something to show you - A TIME MACHINE!. Whats more he wants you to test it. Grab your time machine and change time whenever and wherever you want. It's mostly puzzle level but contain some platformer moments too.
ABOUT BUGS - READ PLEASE:
- You may met some bug, forgive me about that, thermometer is full so i can't fix more, i did as much as i could.
- BOX BUG - if you are in part with boxes and box in present doesn't spawn try to GRAB and move box in past again. Grabing it is most important thing, it will fix it for sure.
- DYING BUG - Don't bother if you die while changing time zone, it may happend sometimes becouse of collision with things in other time zone (like wall or box), interface (red cross) will tell you about places in which you can't change time but i could miss some places so don't bother, I placed a lot of checkpoints.

Don't worry too much though. You've posted your entry here and so it's definitely in the contest. After much effort, my level is eventually there:
Sometimes, you just have to be at the right place,
Sometimes, you have to be at the right place at the right moment...
At first I intended to do a puzzle game based on time, but time constraints changed it into a "save the sackbots with a time shift", which kind of improved it I believe.
Now I can play all these others great levels!
Edit: Forgot to say it's a 1P level only.

one last question. I don't think I'm going to make it, but am I allowed to publish my level with a "to be continued"? that would allow me to take part in the contest, and finish the level and delete the many bugs after the winner has been chosen(If that is allowed).
That sounds absolutely fine. Just publish what you have now for the contest and by all means refine and add to it after the contest has finished. :)
Thanks for your help, but sadly I think there are too much bugs left... I'll publish it later as a normal level, but publishing it now would be completely useless. The target isn't really clear for people who would play it, and things just don't work fine. And even if it would have worked, I wouldn't have had a chance, because the pictures of other levels I saw here were way better, LOL.
I think I'll just take part in the next contest, and start in time then, instead of two weeks before the deadline (that's why I actually already expected not to be in time...).

We wanted to put even more stuff in our level and make it even more detailed and fun but we ran out of time. We must have found a glitch for the thermo because it's nowhere near overheating and not laggy at all even with 4 players too. So after the contest we might refine and add to our level too.
