Tumblewood Cliffs (Formerly Outback Jack)

VJ asked for a casual platformer in my last thread, and now he'll get one. :kz:
Back in create mode, I started layering materials (As per usual. c: ) and got back in the groove. :D
Called it Outback Jack because it rhymed and the colors reminded me of "Down Under" on teh PSP.
Not sure if I'll keep this name tho. :B

Yes yes, I know this looks like Cherokee >_< but I couldn't find the materials I wanted. (Oh Orange Metal PSP Material I miss you. ;-;)
The materials may change later though. (I often do that while designing levels.)

This looks very very good ! The design looks like cherokee or los alamos by samiamiamsam, but both are awesome, so I think that's a great point ! (well don't do the exact same level of course ^^) I can't wait to play it, hope it will be out soon ! :D

Yeah, I have been doing that same layer thing on PSP before.

Those screenshots look very nice, BTW. It looks more like VJ's (again him <_<) Timber Canyon.

Lol, yes I can't help it. I just LOVE layering the ... eh layers. And okay, I'll use de stickers this time. (Bah, I hate how they take the texture of the material they're sticked on. Dx)

:O Amazing work! It's just simple amazing! When I go to create mode I stay there for like 5 minutes and start creating, then I leave it, and move on. :(

Why thanks you! I tried out VJ's layer thing on PSP a long time ago and became attached to it. Haven't done anything else in ages! xD
As for your own levels, try drawing things out or something. That always works for me.

EDIT: Found a new name, Tumblewood Cliffs. When I looked at my level again, I thought FAR WEST.
and Far West = Tumbleweed. But since my level is made out of wood, it had to be tumblewood. Then I added cliffs cuz my level has a cliff like appearance. .-.

That's a very cool name, Nys. Can't wait for this level. :)

There is a level named Tumbleweed Tim already http://lbp.me/v/759q0h , but I think Tumblewood Cliffs will be fine, great name of course! :p

This looks like a fun level. I liked your other levels on LBPV, so I already know that this will be good.
