Sky of Cards
Hello everyone!
I just published my new level, "Sky of Cards", heavily inspired by the level Cardbridge, from Alice Madness Returns.It's a floating castle of cards, with tight turns, and mostly a platforming track, without weapons.

Edit: Played it. It's one of the most original track i have played.
Did you made your cards with a picture. They are hyper realisic.
The are some spawn point glitch but the effects are so great.
I hope you'll make some other track like that

Hopefully you saw my review already. Sky of Cards is absurd with it's design and I LOVE IT. The tunnel is especially fantastic and so is the sick looking vortex. What did you make that out of?

KingRyuukuro: The vortex is simple, it's a big smoke emitter in the center and a bunch of small smoke emitters around, all conected to a force field and a rotate motor.

Yeah this track is probably the most original track I've seen and played on Little Big PLanet Karting. The visuals were spectacular. I really like the how you had the card moving throughout the track it truly was something else. and that vortex wow, I seen that done on argos Sky temple track. I'm a sucker for visuals and this was a gem, a lot of work went in to this you can just tell. How'd you make the cards path way so thin, you cant even see the track you paint with?
I had a few problems navigating the hairpins near the vortex. I fell nearly every time, but as you mention in the description its a platforming track so its understandable. I have a suggestion, maybe you should turn off the A.I and make it, almost like a mini-game where the players are trying to set the fastest time, just me thought though. Other that this track is one that stands out, and I like it :)

Yeah, it's a great idea. The AI is useless in the race, I tried many times but they don't understand the path to follow lol. I will update it!
The track is hidden under the cards, except for some places where the path is tight, like the turn around the vortex.

May be you can add the vortex as a prize too :) That would be great for the community.:royalty:
