Anyway, mini update:

Joey is a fast creator. I'm talking faster then lightning. Faster then time itself.

He started level 4 five days ago or so (the level was published four days ago, and back then he only had the train ride.

... This level is almost done. He managed to pretty much make this ENTIRE, HUGE level in almost a WEEK. There are a few awesome ideas here too, and some more stuff we're still doing (I watch him create in Create mode, don't do much but make the magic mouths... anyway).

I'm telling you, he's really just incredible. If he wants to make another level and a minigame after this, or maybe two levels :O... then this series could be sooner than I thought XD ;-;. Go Joey go

... Yeah, gotta admire his dedication, he's worked on it for like 5 hours straight for the past few days O-o. And... yeah, I thank him for making my level RAWK

I expect us to be able to take some photos soon, so expect them... well, soon

Joey is well known for his lightning fast moves, all without coffee mind you!! And the good part, he does it fast but it is definitely quality.
Heck, if you hired him in the beginning the entire game would have probably been completed in a month!!

Yep - Joey is legendary for speed. Might not be using coffee but watch out if he's drinking red bull.... things get a little weird He is mesmerizing to watch work isn't he Rock. His creativity is infectious in a positive way.

Ok,I'm REALLY starting to get ticked off... I hired Leather and Moley to make the trailer a month ago. They have the script, they have (most, not the new level 4 stuff) footage... but moley hasn't been uploading the footage since he records it, Leather Monkey will edit it. And moley isn't responding when I try to ask him why he isn't working, and I know Leather is getting ticked off as well since he can and has the time and stuff to do it, it's just that Moley is supposed to upload the footage...

So yeah. Please bother Moleynator until he finally responds, and then FINALLY finishes the uploading? <_>

I can tell you from experience that if you're waiting for footage from Moley, you probably shouldn't make any plans for the next 6 years.

If I recall Moley was having issues with his bandwidth on uploading awhile back. Not sure if he got it sorted out or not.

What exactly are you needing? I might be able to help you. Unless you are all cranky and such..

Technically not in the level, just the symbol of the logo... still, it Rawks.


Based off of Zwollie's idea in the original level 4, the pipes release steam flinging the platforms into the gas, though of course you can't see that here.


Kinda just a random hallway, not much to say really, just thought it looked kewl.


I wonder who this is ;o. Yeah... being friends with the RAWK kinda has it's advantages in regards to his personal projects... <_<


Obviously in Create mode. Still, it RAWKS. You kinda can't see the intricacy of the materials, especially in the face (where it all looks like one shape in this photo- not so in the actual boss) but trust me, it looks even better there.

That should whet your appetites ... I hope... Anyway, Imma add this to front post now

Thanks jwwphotos. I'll give moley a bit longer, lets say between one and two weeks? Hopefully he'll get bored of COD by then ...I blame COD for everything these days.

Just to add to the mix...

I just contacted ScoutsBoo about this. She's not only recorded all my levels (and people like Tanuki75, Morgana25, BabyDoll1970 etc), she's also edited and produced some funky stuff for me.

I'm not saying she is any better or worse than other options. I'm just throwing this here as she has the tech, the skill, and she will let other players play the level while she records it all if necessary.

In my view, if the position was available, she certainly should be considered, and definately for the recording aspects.

Thanks MrsSB! Although at the moment jwwphotos is probably the best option because he already has access to the levels. Anyway, I guess it's more Rocks decision. But I've seen some of her stuff and she does seem good at what she does.

But relating to the project - yes, Joey is an astoundingly fast creator. I helped him with the logic for Rock's boss and I'm impressed as to how quickly he caught on to my little terminology I use.

As for level 12, it should be done by early- to mid-February, by my estimations.

No worries, jww. If you or ScoutsBoo or anyone else were to be involved, you'd get access to the levels and maybe the LBPC: The Game forum.

I think it's important to say that this isn't a contest, though. I've got every faith in both ScoutsBoo and jww. But it's also important for RockSauron to know the different options available to him.

I'm just eager to get this thing moving - I'm sure everyone involved feels the same.
