Oh - you updated your post lol xD
Hmm, well that's just part of the business though. But i disagree, cause retailers make money from this. Think of it like this, I buy the game off of them for £30. i later trade it back in, they give me £12 for it, and sell it for £20.
For one game, instead of a profit of £30, they can make £38. Assuming you go to the same one. But it's safe to assume this, because the probability of the shops getting an amount of preowned games in would probably all be even.
When i said selling, i meant to the shops. Cause I do it all the time.
On the note of legal issues... well it totally is. As the shops allow it.
I can see where you're coming from, but honestly the shops probably make more money due to preowned games. It is possible to abuse it, but the amound that don't more than make up for it.
Also... with the digital download... where will retailers come in then? It would probably be off of a sony store... so the retailers really lose out totally with digital media.
Fiiinally, i just like having the disc, sort of like collecting things. You could say that the Interpol EP i bought off ebay for £120 was a waste of money, as i could have downloaded the tracks easily (i did before anyway xD ), but there's something nice about having things in physical form. Feels more real, and if something goes wrong electronically, you won't lose it (thus have to download it again). In case your wondering, the CD cost so much cause there's only 500 worldwide.
I'm very negative towards this, but if it happens i still don't mind too much, i'll just miss going to the store to pick up games and selling and stuff![]()

Tis just a concept picture though I think?
No second analogue stick is a BIG mistake.

Selling to shops is fine. I meant selling to individuals.

Create mode?
And if R1 was that, what would be grab? obviously it could be triangle or something, but that won't feel as right lol.
Though to be honest i wouldn't care about swinging the arms on PSP.

Physical games are superior than downloaded ones because of this:
-You can lend them to anybody you like.
-It's not dependant on your memory support.
-You can sell it.
"Digital only" will be interesting the day it will AT LEAST reach the convenience level of a physical release.
.Currently studying level design!
My best LBP1 levels: (from oldest to newest)
- Ultra Beginners and Girlfriends
- Crazy Train! (hard/normal)(better in LBP1)
- Sack's On The Beach
- A Bark In the Dark (hard and normal)
- Space Sack's Adventures: The Blue Planet (LBP1 only)
- Death Swamp (hard)(LBP1 only)

Agreed. I much prefer having a physical copy. There's also the problem that you can't bring a digitally released game to your friends house, rendering all those PSN party games useless if you plan to go to someone elses place. Sure, I could bring the whole PS3, but that's a pain in the neck.Physical games are superior than downloaded ones because of this:

Just think of it from the perspective of Sony. Digital is the way to go for them. I do see where it could encounter issues, though.
