Now, I'm not good enough of a Russian speaker to make out he's saying, except for a couple of words when the video is played at 0.75 speed.

    Luckily, someone else translated it:

    And the lamp is off.
    And calendars are lying.
And if you wanted something to tell me -
    Say it.

    Any sound is deceptive.
    But silence is worse,
When in the midst of joy fall from somebody's hands
    A glass of wine.

    And black cabinet.
And bullet waiting in the gun.
So quiet that I can hear at a depth of earth sound of
    The subway car.

    Square shelves.
Dark at the end of the row.
And in the handset, even many years later
    Only beeps.

And somewhere will bang the door.
    And wires will tremble.
    Hello!
We will be happy now and forever.
    Hello!
We will be happy now and forever.

    Why such a sad song?

When I attended university back in the 1980s I met a lot of new people with different musical tastes! Lots of bands that I've never heard of before. One of them has been "The Cure" and my favorite song of this band has been...

Have a fine weekend and many greetings, Jürgen^^

    That's a good remix, actually!

Anywho, this one's a bit obscure depending where you are in the world.

It's from the Mr. men Television show. It's funny, as I remember collecting the books as well having a few DVDs.

However if you're in the US, you may remember the newer one:

I remember watching this one too, although it was on a much more obscure channel intended for a much younger audience... Yeah.

If you do happen to be in the US, I believe this was once on Cartoon network, a much larger channel. Weird.

[EDIT:] Oh, I also remember visiting their website! Which you can find here:

    https://web.archive.org/web/20120323...link=missmagic

Yeah, it's a Wayback machine link. They've updated the website.

I've always been a fan of Led Zeppelin and the voice of Robert Plant and so I also loved his first solo album "Pictures at Eleven" from 1982, which had some fantastic songs in it...

    Hope you'll like it!

    Sleeping Sun

    Nightwish

I have been listening to this song lately, mainly because I took part in a contest within a certain site which celebrates the upcoming Solar Eclipse in August. If you're from U.S.A, you probably do not want to miss it!

Sleeping Sun is a power ballad by Nightwish. The song was written by Tuomas Holopainen and dedicated to the solar eclipse that arose on the European sky in 1999. It was first released on the MaxiCD of the same name in 1999, with a re-recorded version released in late October/early November 2005.

    Duration - 4:05

    Lyrics

    The sun is sleeping quietly
    Once upon a century
    Wistful oceans calm and red
    Ardent caresses laid to rest

For my dreams I hold my life
For wishes I behold my night
The truth at the end of time
    Losing faith makes a crime

    I wish for this night-time
    To last for a lifetime
    The darkness around me
    Shores of a solar sea

Oh how I wish to go down with the sun
    Sleeping
    Weeping
    With you

    Sorrow has a human heart
From my god it will depart
I'd sail before a thousand moons
    Never finding where to go

Two hundred twenty-two days of light
Will be desired by a night
A moment for the poet's play
Until there's nothing left to say

    I wish for this night-time
    To last for a lifetime
    The darkness around me
    Shores of a solar sea

Oh how I wish to go down with the sun
    Sleeping
    Weeping
    With you

    I wish for this night-time
    To last for a lifetime
    The darkness around me
    Shores of a solar sea

Oh how I wish to go down with the sun
    Sleeping
    Weeping
    With you

I remember the solar eclipse of 1999, its been a rather special experience to me! Similar to my first visit in an astronomical observatory, where I had the chance to look through the giantic telescope and to see the Jupiter with some of his moons!
    Thanks for sharing the song!

    Many greetings, Jürgen^^

That's a pretty humorous video, thought it seems that piano guy doesn't want to be there.

I completed "Murasaki baby" a couple of days ago, and to my surprise It had a pretty decent soundtrack.

The songs are a little hard to find, but here you go:

    Soothing.

A bit long, but not bad.

This one doesn't even have a name!

Wait a minute - This is just a Frosite's advert! How'd that get in there!?

Okay ,okay - lastly we have this video about the people/person who created the music for the game. Not sure how anything within the video is related to the soundtrack, but here you go, I guess...

This one's a bit weird, but here ya go:

    Lyrics:

    Julie's alone
    Walking through the cemetery
    While her parents sleep tonight
    She doesn't know
    The haunted face awaits her
And she's gonna have to lose the fight

    CHORUS:

Julie - you don't have to kill
    Just to be happy
Ghoulie - smells the fear upon you
    When you're scary

    What can we learn
From julie's story when we know
It had to end this way for her
    Sometimes it hurts
And the only way to see it is
    On someone else's face
    Julie its too late

    CHORUS:

Julie - you don't have to kill
    Just to be happy
Ghoulie - smells the fear upon you
    When you're scary

Now, I'm not exactly sure whether I'm supposed to be feeling happiness, sadness over the lyrics, laughing due to the music video, or in pain over the ear ache the ending of the song gave me.

This song truly is a wave of not understanding what it's about or what you're supposed to be feeling. It's strangely upbeat, though.

This has been a little bit disturbing! I totally understand your feelings about this extraordinary musical event! :

The first hit of the band "The Sparks"...you remember the guy on the piano with his contagious friendly look and the little beard under the nose...
that I heard in my youth has been this song...
