I got "suspended" for no reason from eBay. I put suspended in quotes cause it might as well be a ban. I have to fax them all my info, wait 7-10 for them to read it (not counting them responding), have them review it and then they could say I shouldn't be unbanned yet. Anywa all I did was put up an auction for an R4. They said I was violating copyrights and gave me a warning. I emailed them back and asked why it was taken down (it had gone up to like $50 and I wanted that money). I violated no copyrights, sure you CAN pirate games on it, but I wasn't selling it in that condition. Would they take down an auction for a cd burner because I could download itunes music on to a cd, give it to a friend so they have the music for free? No. They responded by banning me.
