Star Trek MMO, hey where is Red Dwarf?

I want the StarTrek MMO but I'd much rather have a FireFly MMO or even Blakes7 or DrWho [oldschool baker days] MMO. Ah, to be a timelord traveling space and time and saving the universe and time continuum. That would be great.

I remember watching RedDwarf but I don't remember much about it. All these shows are probably why I'm a sci-fi junkie.

Yeah I do, LOL. Q was such a cool character, but sometimes a odd stories. Yeah the game sounds pretty cool, I hope there is more than just the federation vs klingon. I know they said there will be other races but it sounded like only the federation vs klingon war. I hope there is actually more sides to fight with.

It sounded like the borg are enemies for everyone but you cannot be one, which sucks. I would want to be a borg.

Man, Q would be great. THe actor who played him, genius. Love that guy.

I bet the Klingon and Federation war is just the main backdrop like fighting the horde in WoW, but I can't imagine they'd leave it at that. Then again, you never know with games.

1. "A Game would ruin the Awesomeness of Red Dwarf" - So did series 8 sadly.

2. A Red Dwarf MMO would be a terrible idea compared to one based off, lets say Firefly. The main reason that RD worked was that essentially it was 4-5 people (depending on the season) stuck in space together that could barely stand each other. There is little in the way of an expanded universe (with the exception of season 8, which was awful IMO).

Firefly would make a brilliant game in that you are supposed to be able to run into other smugglers regularly, form an alliance with them, be backstabbed by them or do it yourself.

Plus a chance to kill a few Reavers wouldn't go amiss!

Red Dwarf was an amazing show though.
