100 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB
You understand everything except these two:
The paint splashes: The 1 000 000 image was only a template, if you have any paint splash brushes in your software, well you can use them instead of the image if it's simplify your work.
Bowser Jr.: Just put him(not only the head, the entire body I changed my mind) in front of the splash.
Here's what I want(but better :P):

One last thing, in my image, the CMP isn't at the very borders of the slalsh, I'd like to have it like the number I put in the demand.
