Specific Ad Choices?

So. Over the past week ive been seeing the same **** ad and its ******* me off.

Its the one about "Losing excess body weight with this one werid old trick"

It ticks me off for this reason.

It usually appears at the bottom where im writing my replies to various threads. So for the past few days when Im making my replys either one of my brothers will walk by and be like "Why is there a fat girl in a bikini on your screen?"

And before I explain that its an ad they usually walk away laughing.

So. As of now im pretty sure the only way to get of ads is to donate. Ill get around to that eventually...

So basically im wondering/suggesting...Is there any way we can Ads geared more our preferences? Like under your "Custom Options" have an area where we can remove certain ads from our viewing. Cause I dont mind other ads.

Because I dont enjoy having multiple ads with "Fat Girls in Lingerie " appearing on my screen. Plus I have no intention of ever clicking on said ad.

That ad has been on the past five threads Ive visited. Including the main page.

Yeah, it wasn't too difficult to set up. We can't strictly control the kinds of ads that display on the site, but we can make suggestions - all I had to do really was add a few tags that instruct the Google adbot to pay attention to certain aspects of the forum more than others, namely the thread title and content, so that ads would be more relevant. The reason it takes up to two weeks is because Google stores a cache of each site that only updates once every two weeks, so they won't see the new content we added until the next time their bot crawls the page.
