Epic level. Brilliant!
I like how one of the comments on the level asks to make the level copyable, because the person would "love to have it on my moon".
I hope you aren't gullible enough to believe that.
It seems to be rising steadily through the pages. Those "real water" levels better move out of the way!

Not being in the beta I am still really new to the whole water 'mechanic'.
This level is amazing. An even more so because I really didn't enjoy the first... i'd say third to nearly half. I constantly felt perplexed and uncertain I was proceeding correctly. At first water levels seemed to be raising and lowering at will... not sure I even actually completed the tasks I needed to in order to escape... It felt like the level was pushing me along completely independent of my own will...
A little before the camera starts to pitch and yaw I really started to feel as if I had gained control... short-lived as it was. Very cinematic, kept looking for the guy holding the steady-cam... and that character, I'll call him 'bad guy' worth the price of admission alone.
So alittle bit of a mixed bag for me... not sure I even liked the way you guys chose to 'do or not do' the intro... makes perfect sense mind you... but again it was an awkward moment, do I have to hit the circle button? c'mon? Yeah, er No...whoops hmmm.
And in the end this level was so daring and groundbreaking -- I am honoured to have played it so Thank You boys! A few new 'high water marks' achieved.
edit:And whoever worked out the three planes of movements due to the key that was sheer brilliance and very nice looking as well... in fact you solved a potential problem I've been thinking about... so thanks again!Last edited by Gravel; 12-24-2009 at 03:55 AM. Reason: plane thinking...

Excellent level this one. Good flow, challenging and fun at the same time. Your lighting effects particularly with the explosions underwater were a sight to behold. My mouth gaped open at first sight of ‘em and took a mouthful of water! Lol, I blacked out and drowned a couple times trying to lodge those floaties into the designated spots. At the end, when you board the rocket… are you supposed to die in order to reach the scoreboard?
Top-notch level Wex, Jaey, and Fullgorr. Nothing less expected from all of you of course. 5 starred and hearted. I can’t wait to try this with multiplayers – should be a whole lotta fun!

That was so fun and awe-inspiring that I played it 6 times. Not kidding. If this is what the future of levels is going to be because of water, LBP just got a lot better. Sure, we knew it was probably going to be better when water came out, but if creators can make use of it as well as it is in this level, then reports of minds being blown shall increase in frequency. The ending was unexpected, but quite cool. Too bad you have to die, but hey, how often is there a 1-sackperson capacity torpedo just waiting for somebody to get in? You can't pass that up! And the guy's face in the intro and at the end was great. I personally found it hilarious.

I played this and it was FANTASTIC! Every part of the level was well-designed and very fun. I loved the sense of vertigo you'd get when the sub was tipping and being blown apart! Haha! Pretty sweet!
I love all of this collab, water epicness!

+ a super derserved heart!!

I would expect no less than EPIC when the likes of Fullgorr, Jaeyden and wexfordian join forces to make a level, but this level is truly astounding. I lived the level, it stressed me out, and by the time I got to the scoreboard, I was so disappointed...that it ended. Just completely awestruck by this. A super fantabulous level gifted to the community from a group of super fantabulous creators. Thanks guys!

I played this several times in the Beta and loved every second of it.
Played it again a few days ago and while posting here the server went offline.. so please excuse the late post!
Incredible doesn't describe this one. Really cool water puzzles as well as fantastic use of water to platform in as well as incredible techy sub scenery to delight you all while attempting not to die.
50 stars and 20 hearts. though it only registered 5 stars and 1 heart.

It's just as awesome and epic as I remember from the beta. Seriously the three of you on a level together is a dream team and the results show it. Very fun, challenging and the cinematics are great.
I hope you guys work together again!

I'm sorry if I'm not being very specific, but at the part where the MGS rockets exploded there was text that then kept on flashing on and off for the rest of the level.
Also, when the submarine (or it's escape pod, I don't remember) starts falling for ten or so seconds, you get sucked up unless you stick yourself under a ceiling, wjich is really annoying.
Nonetheless, 5 stars and a heart, and the best water level yet in my opinion. (Including the MM ones
)

I had the chance of playing this the other day and absolutely loved it, the puzzles and gameplay elements were just really well made and so original. The level's visuals also delivered big time, I actually think you even did a better job in introducing water than MM did with the Pirate levels. And who's idea was it to use the "Toy Car Exhaust" decoration the way it was placed? It was absolute genius! I remember when I first saw it I was like "what the hell is that?" I first thought it was some new decoration but I when I grabbed it I was shocked to find out what decoration it truly was. The only thing I didn't like about the level was the end in the Heaven scene, I thought it was pretty ugly and just didn't care for it at all. Still the rest of the level was too epic for me not to give it 5 Stars and of course a Heart.

Good work but for my taste to dark. But I like the water puzzles and in view of the other water levels on cool levels page 1 it's good to see a really "cool" water level.

and a Heart
Sorry for my bad english...

I just played this on my lunch break. Found it on Page 1 of the Cool Levels and saw Wex's name on it, so I knew I had to try it. Being it was from the "Beta" I guess I expected something a bit half-baked... sort of experimental. Boy was I surprised!
This was just brilliant, guys! The gameplay and pacing were near-perfect. The lighting and visuals were stunning. The path was clear throughout and the water actually lent to the storyline rather than being the storyline. I have not played a great many water levels as yet, and was not in the Beta, but this is the best of them that I have seen to date. Really, it's one of the best levels period - with or without water - that I've played on LBP.
Fantastic job, gents! Keep up the great work!
