New to LBPCentral, semi-new to LBP

Hey everybody, finally registered with LBPCentral after referring to it as of late for tips on level creating. Been playing LBP since I got my PS3 since Feb. of 09, but really didn't get the creativity bug until lately when a friend and I decided we should try to make a level (also helped that the online create patch also came out). Level creation is a long learning experience, but from what I've been fiddling with and what I've seen with other players and their tutorials, I have more of a game plan and results to work with to finally get a level published.

Only problem is I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so if I ain't happy with how it looks or if I feel it isn't polished enough, it'll continue to be tweaked and will not be published until it meets my criteria, cause I'm certainly not falling into the rushed level crowd.

Hi there and welcome to LBPC Yeah.. getting your first level ready for publishing is a tough one, but you'll get there. Once you're ready to go, why not post in the Level Showcase so that you can get feedback from the community? Just a thought. It really helps hone the skills. Mind you, it's been a while since I've published anything myself, so I'll shut up and let you get on with enjoying the site. See you round
