My sister lost her password and doesn't know how to get it back (on LBPC)

She forgot her password and doesn't know how to recover it, neither do I. Is there a way to get an email telling her her password, or is her account doomed to float in the forever lasting portal of loss passwords?

1) Try to log in without entering a password.
2) A new page loads
3) Scroll all the way past the useless announcements
4) Click on the link that says "Click here"
