You draw on it with the pen, and it shows up on the screen...Very easy to use, but usually expensive, ranging from 80 USD to thousands of dollars for the fancy ones like a Cintiq.

You thought I used a mouse this whole time? These would be terrible if I did...

Haha no way! It's extremely hard to draw things with a mouse! I thought that you just drew the images and then scanned them into the computer.
