I keep hearing about this Ultimate Bundle, but when I search for it, I can't find out what it is.
Also, I am not sure if this is the right place for this thread, but it is near as I can figure.

Back then, we needed to get a certain amount of Exp points to buy stuff
the Ultimate Bundle being like 1500 points or something, which give access to a bigger size avatar for example.

Now it's almost the same with the automatic profile upgrade,
you can gain advanced features (like a bigger avatar) thanks to the Reputation points...

Yeah, 1500 was the medium bundle I think... :/

1st bundle - 1000xp
2nd bundke - 1500xp
3rd bundle - 2500xp

-Bigger avatar/ sig size
-Being able to have gif in avatar
-More PM storage room,
-Ability to change your title (Like mine that says "I call "Shinan"igans)
-Ability to se what others are doing in the forums
-Ability to see invisible users.
-Bigger gallery space (when there was a gallery)
That's all i can remeber right now.

(In case you were or weren't wondering, i remember because i aimed for the ultimate bundle since i joined the site, so i constantly checked and knew what it had, it was pretty much my main goal to reach on the site back then. )

:o So it was like a store system? I've seen other forums where you can "buy" things using exp you get from things like posting, or helping someone. And then you'd go into a little store type page, and you could buy things, Like a title (Like siverleon said) Making all your posts permanently in a certain font, colour, and size, and even some have little icons you can buy that go under your name. It's really cool d-(^-^)-b

Any exact reason we switched to the "Thanks System"? It would make me feel a whole lot better to see "You gained 10 XP!" rather then "Your comment has been thanked!".

XP and rep have really othing much to do with each other, the way to get XP was to simply be active at the forum m8!

(There are different ways to gain XP, but its best to not overanalyze it and just be active. )
