oh my goodness. It's the wonder twins from the Super Friends cartoon. "Wonder twins powers, activate!" form of.. an ice cage----form of.. an eagle and the eagle would pick up the ice cage and drop it on the bad guy. guess i'll have to post something more recent.
Here's one of my favorite current cartoons (yes, I still watch cartoons. I have little kids so almost impossible not to.)

I still really REALLY wish this game was on PC as well. So much potential.
