RULES

A simple yet fun game. We start out with a word, then the next poster has to modify one letter. This can be changing a letter, adding a letter, deleting a letter, or swapping two letters in a word.

RULES

•NO CHANGING WORDS
•You cannot use a word used in the previous 3 posts
•You must use a real word
•Names and* words from any existing language are allowed**
•No names
•As soon as you post your word, make sure no-one posted while you were making your post
•No slang or abbreviations
•If any of these rules are broken, we will continue from the last valid word.
•If a word cannot be modified in any way, you may use a previous word, even if it was used in the last 3 posts

*This use to be a rule, so you might still see some names being used as words in older posts. I realized this could be abused, due to anything being able to be used as a name, even a made up word. Posts made while this rule was in effect are still valid.
**If you are using another language for your word, please let us know what language and if possible, it's English counter-part.

So, I'm guessing Ali-Star quoted the rules because "rules" was his new word, but Sir monacle got confused thinking that Ali-Star thought someone broke the rules, so Sir monacle made a valid alteration from my word (swapping the U and the L).
If that's the case, I like your cleverness, Ali, just keep it away from Sir monacle.
